Legal support service

Funding, equity & governance

Prepare ownership records, commercial terms, approvals and jurisdiction questions behind funding or equity changes.

When it fits

Built for a real business decision.

This service starts by understanding the operational facts. It does not assume every situation needs the same legal response.

01

A company preparing for an equity, convertible or other early-stage financing.

02

Founders organizing a term sheet, cap table and approval process.

03

A business setting up or revising an employee equity plan.

04

A group reconciling ownership records, governance rights and corporate documents.

Fixed pilot fee

US$750

One fixed amount for the preparation scope below. We confirm matter fit and the written deliverables before work begins.

Included

  • One ownership and document-readiness review based on supplied records.
  • One commercial terms and approvals issues list.
  • One closing workplan showing documents, decisions and specialist dependencies.

Not included

  • Valuation, investment recommendations or negotiation on your behalf.
  • Issuing shares, making filings, handling funds or maintaining a statutory register.
  • A final local-law financing document or tax opinion.

The fee is for JurisLane preparation support, not licensed local-counsel representation. Government fees, taxes, filing charges, translations and third-party costs are separate.

How we calibrated this fee

We reviewed public fixed-fee legal and specialist-service references, then selected a simple pilot price within JurisLane's current US$200–US$1,000 range. These references are comparisons, not endorsements or identical scopes.

Questions

Common starting questions

Will you recommend a valuation or investment term?

No. We organize the commercial terms and implications but do not provide investment advice or choose terms for you.

Does the fee include issuing shares?

No. Corporate approvals, filings, register updates and share issuance are separate execution steps.

What if our cap table is incomplete?

We can identify inconsistencies and missing source records, but ownership must be confirmed against authoritative corporate documents.

Important: JurisLane is a legal support platform, not a law firm. Public tools and content provide general information and preparation support, not legal advice.
