How JurisLane handles public-site, account, and Agent information.

Last updated: 31 August 2026.

What we process and why

JurisLane processes information needed to deliver and secure the public site, provide account and Agent features you request, respond to support enquiries, maintain records of those requests, and—with your permission—understand use of public pages. We do not use Agent messages or uploaded files for public-site analytics.

Public website and cookies

Cloudflare may process IP address, request, device, network, and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. Necessary technologies support delivery, security, account access, and storage of your cookie choice. The Cookie notice describes the verified categories, providers, purposes, and retention.

Account access

Clerk provides account sign-in, session management, and account-security features for the workspace. Clerk may process identifiers, authentication factors, session data, and security signals needed to provide those features. Signing in does not create a legal engagement.

Analytics and withdrawal

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose to allow analytics. Events are limited to approved public interactions and do not run on the Agent or account-entry routes. We do not send free-tool content, company names, debt amounts, file names, account identifiers, or Agent messages to GA4. You can reject analytics on the first banner or use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw permission later.

Free tools and demonstration areas

Demand-letter entries and readiness-check answers remain in your browser. Overview, Matters, and Contact workspace content is demonstrative and is not a stored legal matter.

Persistent Agent boundary

The authenticated Agent stores the conversation and file information described below. Overview, Matters, and Contact remain demonstrative and are not stored legal matters.

Agent conversations and files

JurisLane stores your conversation messages, generated responses, file metadata, and private input or generated files so that you can close the browser and return later. The information remains until you delete a file, its conversation, or your account. Limited security, backup, transaction, or legally required records may remain for the period needed for those purposes and then age out under the relevant operational or provider schedule.

Agent service providers

Clerk supports identity and sessions; PostgreSQL infrastructure stores structured Agent state; Tencent Cloud Object Storage stores private files; E2B provides isolated processing workspaces; DeepSeek processes ordinary Agent analysis; OpenRouter routes image and scanned-document processing to Google Gemini; and Cloudflare delivers professional-support request emails to JurisLane. OpenRouter visual requests require zero-data-retention routing, deny provider data collection, use an approved Google Vertex EU endpoint, and disable fallback providers. These providers may process submitted content and technical data to deliver the requested function. JurisLane will not use a silent alternate model when the configured provider fails.

Public web research is available only in conversations that have never contained a private attachment. Once a private file enters a conversation, network tools remain disabled for that conversation to reduce the risk of document content causing an unintended external request.

Service providers and international processing

The providers described above may process information in the countries where their contracted services and approved processing locations operate. JurisLane limits each provider to the function described here and uses the provider's contractual and security controls for that processing. Contact us if you need more information about a particular transfer or service.

Your controls and requests

You can delete individual files and conversations in the Agent workspace, withdraw analytics through Cookie settings, and contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, account closure, or other applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law requires it. You may also raise a concern with the privacy regulator that applies to your circumstances.

Professional-support requests and email contact

If you use the Contact form, JurisLane sends your email address, name if provided, topic, message and any attachments you select through its email delivery provider to the support inbox. Contact attachments are not saved in your Agent workspace. If you submit a professional-support request from the Agent, JurisLane sends the summary, contact details, and only the conversation or input files you explicitly choose to share through its email delivery provider. If you email [email protected] directly, your email provider and ours process the message and attachments. Send only information needed for an initial discussion and avoid highly sensitive personal data until an appropriate channel and scope are confirmed.
