A growing team launching a product, service or AI system across markets.

02

A company introducing overseas SaaS, cloud, analytics, model or support vendors.

03

A business negotiating a customer DPA or answering a privacy or AI questionnaire.

04

A team that needs a documented picture of data flows before specialist advice.

One fixed amount for the preparation scope below. We confirm matter fit and the written deliverables before work begins.

Included

  • One documented data-and-AI system map based on the materials you provide.
  • A prioritized issues list covering launch, vendor, transfer and notice questions.
  • One written preparation brief for management or specialist review.

Not included

  • A legal opinion, certification or representation before a regulator.

How we calibrated this fee

We reviewed public fixed-fee legal and specialist-service references, then selected a simple pilot price within JurisLane's current US$200–US$1,000 range. These references are comparisons, not endorsements or identical scopes.

Working process

From issue to next step.

We keep platform support, drafts and human-reviewed legal work clearly separated.

01

Map

Document entities, markets, people, systems, purposes, AI uses and cross-border data movements.

02

Assess

Identify the privacy, transfer, vendor and AI-governance questions that may affect the launch.

03

Prepare

Organize the gaps, source materials and open decisions for management or specialist review.

Prepare

What to bring.

Good source material makes the first review faster and more useful.

01

Entity and market list, product description and launch timeline.

02

Data-flow diagrams or a plain-language list of systems, models and transfers.

03

Vendor list, DPAs, privacy notices, consent text and customer questionnaires.

04

Known incidents, customer requirements and decisions currently blocked.

Questions

Common starting questions.

Open the questions that match your situation. The answers explain the preparation boundary, not a legal conclusion for a particular matter.

01Will this tell us that we are compliant?

No. It identifies preparation areas and open questions. Compliance depends on the facts, legal interpretation and operational implementation.

02Can this include an AI product?

Yes. We can include the model, provider, training or input data, user disclosures and human oversight in the preparation map.

03Do we need a finished data map first?

No. A rough system and vendor list is enough to start; improving the map may become the first workstream.

Important: JurisLane is a legal support platform, not a law firm. Public tools and content provide general information and preparation support, not legal advice.
